Credit Card Payments

This page is solely for those who desire to pay by credit card for the screenings done in the preschools, daycares, or schools in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Please follow the steps below to complete your payment.

• Complete the parent order form and enter that total from that form in the textbox below
• Click the "Continue" Button and then click on the "Paypal" button to complete your payment
• Print the receipt from Paypal and attached it to the completed parent form
• Give the parent order form with the attached receipt to the facility where your child attends by the due date
• IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PRINT THE RECEIPT YOU RECEIVE FROM PAYPAL VIA YOUR EMAIL SHOWING PAYMENT AND ATTACH IT TO THE FORM YOU WILL GIVE TO THE SCHOOL. MEC DOES NOT KNOW WHO THIS RECEIPT/PAYMENT IS FROM AND YOU MAY BE BILLED AGAIN IF THIS IS NOT DONE.
